I couldn’t wait to enter my 40’s, I had never felt more beautiful & loved the wisdom I was gaining with aging…..

And in some ways that has remained as I come close to my 44th birthday - and in many ways it has not.

Midlife crisis - it’s a real thing, peri-menopause & menopause - it’s no joke….

25% of women go through the extremes with the transition into menopause - I am one of those women….

& what was missing for me was a group of women who were going through it with me, a village to hold me….

As well as information on how to prepare my body, mind & soul. Stories from other women, the possibilities of what symptoms to watch for….the normalization of this transition that is commonly referred to as another era of puberty.

And so….Out of a desire to not have other women go through it alone &/or to the extremes I did….

I created - Midlife Mavens - a group of women that are in perimenopause, menopause, or still bleeding with menopause no where in sight. That might have experienced their midlife ciris/initiation or are preparing for it. A group of women that are at different stages however are all navigating midlife as there are vast amounts of wisdom that can be gained from being in a group of women to navigate it all more effectively. To prepare your body, to understand what is happening & what is to come.

To gain knowledge & experiences of an initiation that isn’t often talked about & to be held by a village of women that are meeting you exactly where you are.
